• Seated Reception (Indoor): The main floor of the barn (~2,677 ft²) accommodates about 130 seated guests, with additional seating on upper levels. 

• Total Capacity: Up to 150 guests including standing areas, cocktail setups, or outdoor overflow. 

• Layout Options: Three levels—main floor for dining and dancing; second-floor loft (~640 ft², seating ~30 guests or lounge space); and third-floor stage (~255 ft²) ideal for DJs, speeches, or overhead photography.

• Rustic barn restored with original barn board, Edison bulb lighting, and a copper cupola that glows at night.

• Wheelchair-accessible main entrance and ramp, with elevated decks and scenic back lawn areas. Open North and South doors allow summer airflow and deck access. 

• Outdoor ceremony options on manicured lawns or lawns with a pond backdrop, or under trees and fields—tenting available to expand capacity. 

• Included amenities: harvest-style tables and chairs, vintage décor items, portable washrooms, lawn games. External vendors allowed 

• Full-day weekend rentals include Friday evening, all day Saturday, and Sunday morning setups.
